HOW TO GET HERE

Pianaura is situated in the heart of Valpolicella's valley, between lake Garda and the city of Verona.

from the airport

Coming from the motorway (exit Verona Nord) or from the Airport - please avoid the gps, because it brings you on impossibile roads!

  1. Take the ring  road SS12 direction VALPOLICELLA - PESCANTINA

  2. At the end of the ring road you find a roundabout, turn right direction VERONA

  3.  After 4 roundabouts you arrive at a streetlight in S.Floriano ( you have a beautiful romanique church on your right side) you turn left direction MARANO DI VALPOLICELLA, SANT'ANNA D'ALFAEDO,CERNA and you start to go up in the Marano valley

  4. Carry on , you pass VALGATARA village, and after 2.5 km and before Marano village you find a curve at right angles to the right, on its left corner starts a small road  (you'll see the blue signs with PIANAURA-CANZAGO)

  5. Take the small road and follow it for 1.5 km, after a tight spot between an old house and a stone wall, you see a car park on your left side and the sign BB: you have arrived!

  6. Leave the car at the car park and follow the gravel street to the house and ring the bell "Bed & Breakfast". Please park your car close to the other ones because the car park must accomodate 7 cars. 

from Verona city

From the city center of Verona:

  1. Take via Mameli (in the north of the town) and you carry on direction VALPOLICELLA -SAN PIETRO IN CARIANO

  2. You pass several villages: Paona, Arbizzano, Santa Maria di Negrar, Pedemonte and you reach San Floriano

  3. In San Floriano at the streetlight you turn right, direction MARANO, SANT'ANNA D'ALFAEDO, CERNA and you start to go up in the Marano valley

  4. Carry on, you pass VALGATARA village, and after  2.5 km and before Marano village you find a curve at right angles to the right, on its left corner starts a small road (you'll see the blue signs with PIANAURA)
